Kind of excited for their bullpen. Back end of the rotation still scares me a bit even though Moore and Anderson have been good so far.

For a moment, I thought that was the Trenton Thunder's bat dog Rookie, but I guess not.

Phillies' starting rotation battle appears to be over

If Eflin's back holds up, and Moore is legit with Anderson being a good 5th, the SP could be very good this year. The pen is always a tough one to figure out but so far it looks like it will have a decent improvement. The question is how well they hit, with Realmuto missing spring training, Hoskins just getting back from injury and so far hasn't hit, Segura usually hits well enough so we'll see there. Kingery badly needs to get going. Herrera could be the starting CF especially now that Haseley is out a month.
