I remember the year Kris Bryant hit like double digit home runs leading spring training & still got held back for the sake of financial reasons. I get it’s smart but some of this shit is insane.

A full year of service time is 172 days on a roster out of 187. He can also finish high enough in the ROY balloting (top 2 in each league) to get credit for a full year with less or take the Super 2 route.
