I disagree here. He is a very smart player, who plays with awareness and control. In addition, I believe he has a very smart approach to his off ice regimen in order to stay in the game.

You played us enough last y ear to know the entire teams defense fell off a cliff. Its what happens when defensive minded forwards like Couturier are told to fly the zone as soon as the D man touches the puck behind the net, and go look for a stretch pass.
