Is there any window to sign any undrafted players from this draft? Follow up, any idea why Simon Kubicek wasn't drafted? 6'2 203 lb RHD who posted 27 pts in 52 games. I noticed he didn't "jump" from his previous season, just wondering on insight on him....and if there is a window to grab him or someone else.

No idea if there is a window. There should be but with the QMJHL going on right now, it's a bit unfair to have a signing window. I guess it would be similar to the lockout and I'm not sure how that worked.

I wasn't a big fan of Kubicek. He has a big shot that is useful on the PP and showed it off at the WJC, but 13 ES points for an '01 doesn't scream NHL player. He played on a terrible team, but I thought there were much better players that went undrafted.

If you're just looking to try to find the next Myers or Zamula (undrafted CHL defenseman), these are the guys I like.
