I'm not assuming Geno started it. I was offering a possible explanation that I felt would make the incident out to not be a big deal, hence the word "could." I also said I'd be surprised if Adams deliberately started something, considering his aversion to fighting in general.

I really don't want to defend Adams, just offering a different perspective.
