If Cater is injured enough to go on to LTIR then yes it solves all these problems. Roster spot and salary. But LTIR is for 24 days and 10 games.

I can't attest to this as I'm not a true Monarchs fan, but, despite what you said, it must be nice knowing you've got a bunch of guys who are destined for NHL futures playing for your club, not just 30-year-old journeymen.

Even with the call-ups,
they've still got a future NHL FW in Jordan Weal.

Fraser's a good benchwarmer.... position the Kings have been looking to fill since Richarson was sent packing.

People are afraid of losing Fraser? Andreoff looks like Crosby compared to him. And what is Lombardi waiting? He will lose valuable prime years of this core, because he doesn't want to dump "his Frasers" to bring up real talent.

Nolan is not our enforcer, however he is the best fighter on the team. He can throw em with both hands and always seems to do well. When Clifford fights i cringe when Nolan fights i know it wont be lopsided.

The Kings don't need an enforcer. Sestito was dealt with just fine on Saturday. Two straight long playoff runs and a good start to this season as well, all without any enforcer role. We're good.

And even if we weren't, Colin Fraser is not the man to handle those duties.
