I can't attest to this as I'm not a true Monarchs fan, but, despite what you said, it must be nice knowing you've got a bunch of guys who are destined for NHL futures playing for your club, not just 30-year-old journeymen.

Even with the call-ups,
they've still got a future NHL FW in Jordan Weal.

Yea let's lose our grit and size so we can be the canadiens. We don't even have a true enforcer like a lot of the teams out there. Let's just get our ***** kicked why don't we by the sestitos and scotts of the league. Is that what u want?

This is a post about Fraser, right? Colin Fraser? This guy?

Whatever. I just don't think its a good idea to ditch fraser. Maybe when somebody that's big becomes ready to take his place like andreoff.
We really should be carrying an enforcer though. Were the big ass kings, afterall.

Fraser probably does look BIG to Alf.

Fraser's a good benchwarmer.... position the Kings have been looking to fill since Richarson was sent packing.

People are afraid of losing Fraser? Andreoff looks like Crosby compared to him. And what is Lombardi waiting? He will lose valuable prime years of this core, because he doesn't want to dump "his Frasers" to bring up real talent.

No surprise, it sounds like Sutter is completely set on playing Fraser for the time being and waiting for Stoll to get healthy.

Also implied that Greene or Clifford could meet up with the team sometime during the trip if possible. Pretty much puts a clamp on a call up for now unless, knock on wood, someone else goes down or Clifford/Greene suffer some sort of major setback and need LTIR.

The Kings don't need an enforcer. Sestito was dealt with just fine on Saturday. Two straight long playoff runs and a good start to this season as well, all without any enforcer role. We're good.

And even if we weren't, Colin Fraser is not the man to handle those duties.

Who is he dumping Fraser for? Andreoff? Pearson? Both are better off playing in Manchester than getting 7-8 minutes a game in LA right now.

I.E.
How many teams are still icing enforcers anyway? We have guys that can play AND handle themselves when it gets nasty.
