No, all being right would be Calgary being up 4-3 right now. Instead, they were screwed over.
You can't see it but the goal line curves into the goal in the air hence touching the line no goal.
How was it justice when Beleskey was elbowed in the head AWAY FROM THE PLAY just before it and it wasn't called? It wouldn't have even been an issue if the refs actually called this game evenly.
What kind of logic is this?
That goal counting does NOT mean Gaudreau goal would happen.
Good job Flames on staying with it, but damn.. you definitely got a 6th guy out there with the zebras. That "even up" call on Depres was weak.
PPs 6-2 and fans are complaining about breaks?
Seriously through the NHL needs cameras embedded in the crossbar. Or chips in the pucks.
There video was inconclusive due to the puck being elevated.
Even up call for sure. That penalty to make it 4-on-4 sets the standard for the rest of the game that you can smoke the other goalie, and as long as someone else takes you down it's all fair!
The flames the ones with all the dirty stuff yet, power plays are 6-2. Figure that one out.
That even up call after Stajan ran over Andersen was complete crap, but I did think that the Flames got equally screwed on the no-goal call so I won't complain. That is a dangerous precedent to set for the series though, basically saying that you can destroy the other team's goalie and not be put down a man. I don't think the league will be happy with the way the refs handled that situation.
