Nope by far, its as usual Tampa is faster in the Head.
The play one touch passes in Powerplay, where panthers have to hold on and then no movements come up. It Took tampa 3 one touch passes to open up the D.

It´s near everytime Panthers face fast playing Teams, its not our Game.
