I wouldn't say any were weak... just 0 d for all.
I don’t have much of a problem with any of the goals. Not to mention that the TBL hit two posts on Schneids last night. They just went unnoticed because it was 4-1 by the time they hit one.

Shero isn’t touching Hynes. He’s part of the long term rebuild plan and player development. They’re tied at the hip. There’s no chance he’s fired mid season unless this really goes downhill in February/March.

I agree that Shero is tied to Hynes but do you think we see a situation like with Hextall where Shero takes the ax for not firing Hynes?

While I can't argue with anyone that wants Hynes out, the question nobody wants to ask is who are you replacing him with? And don't tell me Quenneville cause it ain't happening. We really have nobody in-house that can do it, two of our three assistants are first-year in the NHL and the other is Nas. Our AHL coach is a rookie there too.
I did ask that but as you said I have no clue who would take his place.

its hilarious that this is NEVER said when the other guy plays
Cory has lost the benefit of the doubt. Guy has been total ass for 2 years now. Keith on the other hand is the backup goalie who has been one of the primary reasons the team has had any success in the past couple of seasons. That's why people aren't so quick to tear him to shreds.

Bratt will never see another shift in OT this season now.

Yeah. He got beat real bad there.

In OT you have to stay in front of your man constantly and not stay so close to risk him turning you around or bolting past you toward the net. :(

If anything, Bratt just proved Hynes' point for not playing him in OT. Apparently, DEFENSE is not Bratt's strong suit.

well seeing as shero is the highest-ranking hockey mind in the organization, that seems even more doubtful than hynes going tomorrow.

harris/blitzer are too distracted by the [actually successful] process occurring on philadelphia hardwood, not that they get hockey.

Who gives a f*** at this point?

Anything will be better than this piece of shit and his staff of losers.

Yak is visibly soft. Everyone but Hynes knows this. On the tying goal he played it very soft
Wasn't even that he was soft, he was just completely lost. Ended up standing between two Panthers, covered neither of them, and did nothing to block the pass.

Zajac switching to Ekblad after Bratt had him made no sense. Zajac should've stayed with Huberdeau just as he did all through the neutral zone. There was no need to switch aside from the two OBVIOUS picks by Ekblad on Bratt.

Isn't 3 on 3 more or less defensively a "take your guy" sort of game? Zajac and somebody else were just standing there trying to zone up. I assume this is what pissed KK off so bad?

After Bratt got blown past like he was Betty White on skates, Zajac has to have the discipline to allow a shot on Kinkaid while removing the pass option to the winger.

Zajac (who normally does the correct thing defensively) bit on shooter, which allowed for a gaping net.

He was 17-6-3 with .910+ SV% through 12/27/17 last year.

Now, of course, he hasn’t won a regular season game since then, but it is flat out incorrect to say he’s been bad for 2 years. It’s been 11 months.
