That's Therrien not managing his bench. Had we have a few more PPs, Subban would've had 28min.

But thats what I don't get, PK can be so much more than just a PP specialist.

Instead Markov is the one with the highest minutes.

game 3 only saw 2 pps and PK had almost 28 minutes. should have been no different for game 4.

There were a lot of rumours going around last time that PK refused an offer sheet from philly. I can't say I'm super confident in him doing it for a second time if negotiations go sour.

Philly desperately needs a defenseman like Subban, so I can see them trying to offer sheet him if this gets to July 1st even if they do have cap issues. Habs are crazy to allow it get to the point where offer sheets are available. At one time if you took a player to arbitration then teams couldn't offer sheet them, but that rule has been changed. I can see several teams trying to offer sheet including Colorado and Edmonton. Habs have to get it done.

I shouldn't say this since he's a star player, young defenseman who won the Norris, but I really hope we sign him for a long time - and I say that with some doubt. I just hope they don't try to **** over Subban and just give him what he deserves.

PK Subban next game...30-35min+.

**** it...play him for 35-40min!!!!:amazed:

I wish we had more players similar to him...I'd go crazy if we had another PK Subban, but there is only one. At least he's a Hab!! What a **** team we'd have without him!!

I hate to see this and this has the potential for a riot.
Not because the habs lost but because of this water squirt thing. The league will fine the bruin guy, yea so what!!! the league will fine the guy a few thousand and boston gets away with yet another completely disrespectful act. It will not surprise me if the MTL fans bring 10,000 water bottles and dump the water on the bruins and what? the league will fine who now? I tell you this has a huge potential for some really BAD stuff.

The Bruins are such a bully/joke, their players, in this case Thornton are such a joke...the league can't even control these guys, just with fines...FFS:rant:

To think some fans here sided with management on this guy and questioned his character and potential is completely absurd. He's the only one who gives a ****.

That was quite an effort that PK put forward yesterday. The goal to make it 4-2 was amazing.
He has another level that exceeds NHL playoff hockey.

Can't wait for Monday

... I think the Bruis poked the bear at the end of yesterday's game.

What the **** is going on with everyone?!!!!:amazed:
It's as if Subban is a new discovery!!!!!:amazed:

Subban was ultra amazing from day 1 (vs Wash and Pitts when we reached the Conference Finals).

8 yrs contract and then another 8 year contract.

I want Subban to retire as a Hab.
(he grew up a Hab fan).

The last player(s) we've had that want to win as much as Subban...:
Roy
Chelios

Next game...Subban has to get 30-35 min+.

p.s.: I can't believe there are still a few who doubt Subban, yet some (fewer than before) would want to sign Vanek to a VERY LONG 8 yr contract?! Vanek...huuuuuuuuuuge risk.
Subban...will bring the Cup(s) back to where it belongs...Mtl (Canada).

I think the same as you. Sadly though, hes only 1 player. I personally think he should play 40 mins next game. Something like 40 shifts of 1 min on the ice and 40 shifts of 30 seconds on the bench.

Subban is going to be better next season IMO, he still can become more efficient in terms of conserving his energy allowing him for be a bigger minute D. Beaulieu also will give the Habs a secondary puck rusher further conserving his energy. This is what impresses me the most, he's amazing and still can become better.

Pretty much the only way I can describe subban sometimes is 'super saiyan'. And that, in itself, is ridiculous.

I thought he was going to be even better this year vs last, but we saw how much a coach can sabotage a player's season.

We may as well erect his statue now.

Why be a king when you can be a god! It feels really good to have a talent like that on the Habs for the first time in my life that I'm old enough to appreciate. We had some pretty good players, mostly at the goaltending position, but we haven't had a skater challenge or win a major award in a looooong time. PK is the only guy, and he will contend for the Norris for the next 5-8 years!
