We definitely lost the Drouin for Sergachev trade, but people make it sound like we traded away this elite 2 way dman. Not the case whatsoever the guy is as dumb as a rock out there.

I always saw him as a Bogosion type and my thoughts haven’t really changed. Having said that, we still lost trade as Drouin couldn’t hack it here.

I could be wrong, and will gladly admit it if I am but I don’t think he will ever have above average decision making out there. He no doubt has all the tools and defensemen do take longer to develop so we will see in a few years i suppose.

He had insane accolades as a 17 year old.

He really has all the tools, and then some.

By all accounts, he should be an elite dman in the NHL.
