OK, thanks. I was hoping it was something like that. I could see that as part of the arbitration brief, because both sides make outrageous arguments, but was scared that someone here actually thought that.

It was done during the original round of negotiations after his ELC was up--when the Lacroix's messed it up.

A lot of agents do that for their clients, it's not an uncommon practice to write something up to pump up the player.
