No one is arguing its a good trade today. Just that at the time it was an understandable move. If you go back to when the trade was made it was seen as a good trade by OTT fans.

Its a bad trade because it looks like Ottawa will give up a top 5 pick. Who knows maybe it ends up being the 31st pick next year.

I don’t know. I saw him when he was with Tampa in Edmonton in 16/17 when I went to a game with a young relative. We saw the players enter without skates. I’m 5’10 3/4. So I’m rounding up. And his head was at eye level. 5’9 seems generous unless my forehead is tiny, which I don’t have a big head, but to say my forehead is under 2 inches seems fishy. Never trust NHL heights regardless. Gallagher as a recent example laughs at his 5’9 listing.
