I don't mind keeping him for another year or two, but Gryba isn't young (26), and he isn't very good either. He's also really slow, and that doesn't go hand in hand with having a mobile puck moving defense.

Agreed. The only thing holding this guy back is size. If (god forbid) Ceci is injured, he would be the RHS PMD to take his spot.

Because there is nothing to see in him. He's a 25 year old depth defenceman at the AHL level.
