@Pammerhockey: #Sens are cutting org. ties with Ben Blood, Corey Cowick, Tyler Eckford, Wacey Hamilton, Nathan Lawson and 2007 1st rd pick Jim O'Brien.

That 2007 draft wasn't real great outside of a couple notable exceptions... Our first two picks were JOB and Bashkirov... but the only 'big names' from the 2nd round are TJ Galiardi and of course PK. Normally you can look at picks just after ones that bust and see a couple that you think... if only. But 2007 doesn't have that. Blood was also a 2007 draft pick.

Where the Cup is
DD is the better of the 2 players

I would definitely qualify Cowick over Dizzy.

"Shell":

I have watched them both play the past 4 seasons in Binghamton.......

In my eyes DD is the better player of the 2..............

So I agree with what Ottawa is doing by not retaining CC...............

Any word if Lehner is going to Arbitration?

I wish he chose arbitration. He will get paid much more than his numbers dictate. Eddie Lack will get 2.3/2yrs after a far better season, Chad Johnson 2.6/2yrs, Peters got 1.9/2yrs after a measurably more successful season, Stalock 2yrs 3.2, Hutton 2yrs 1.5.... All those guys posted better numbers across the board. Essentially he'd be looking at a 2 year contract between 1.5-2mil at most if he went to arbitration.

Looks like the Bingo D will be solid, laced with some vets. I think that will help them a lot in the upcoming season. They were too young to do any real damage last year.
