If Rolofs can hang with Ritchie then there’s no better chance to get his OHL career on track. A good game against Peterborough on Sunday will certainly endear himself to the fan base.

Trades with London are always fascinating in this league. Sometimes you end up with the Eric Henderson’s or Drake Rymsha’s. Serviceable players who benefited from getting more ice time. Other times you end up with Lucas Rowe or Dalton Duhart.

Those 3 were big for sure. I was more thinking on the lines of when London offloads their guys who are buried on the depth chart and not panning out.

Braithwaite is another goalie option., Altshuller, Brodeur and Keyser are 2nd, 3rd and 4th in Gens goalie wins since 1977 (Sidorkiewicz is 1)

Well…that was…..un-satisfying.

Thoughts from game 22 @ Hamilton:

-Was only able to watch the 1st period but it's was the same story as the last couple of games. Not able to generate much offence. The team relies too much on dumping the puck in but then they havent been able to retrieve it. They either need more support on these dump ins or they need to try to gain possession through the blue line and attack from that. Hamilton did a much better job of keeping possession into the zone nad getting some good chances from that. Assuming the 2nd period was much of the same as the shots were 16-3 HAM in that one, then the Gens only got 5 shots in the 3rd.

-Tough shift for Pitt on the 2nd HAM goal, shoots it into Mutter's shin pad then gets danced by him on a 1-on-1.

-Rolofs had the best chance of the night on the first PP but the puck just bounced on him as he was about to put it into the empty net and he hit the post and it flipped up on him. I like putting him right on the top line though. If you're going to go get a guy for a "change of scenery", then put him in a position to succeed.
