I thought this was an NHL 2020 simulation the entire time. With the play in format, the draft, and all the other bs surrounding everything I just lost all interest in hockey. Well, glad this "season" is finally over.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Got caught up in other things and hated most of the teams who were left, plus the play-in round and the draft lottery were lose-lose situations for us. It's weird because normally I'm so pumped for the playoffs, even when we're out. Just a crazy year.

At least Pickles raised the cup. It would be a crime for a guy like that to never win one. I'm guessing he has multiple rings in his future.

Apparently their was a website up that was counting down how many wins Zach Bogosian was away from being a Stanley Cup Champion. It was all done, very much so in jest because the creator thought he wasn’t deserving of the title. Obviously Wedge would be even less so here.

Goals against review for Monday’s game. This is the final goals against review for the 2019-2020 season.

Lightning vs Stars: 2 goals against Khudobin , 1 stoppable. Vasilevskiy gets the shutout. So that’s 2 goals scored on goalies, 1 is stoppable. That’s 50% of the goals scored were stoppable. Combined save percentages were .961%.

The Point goal was a beyond hideous rebound on Khudobin, but I didn’t nail him on the Coleman goal. He gets a piece of it, but it’s as he’s moving across the crease. Would have been a pretty huge save.

Final softy of the night of the 2019-2020 season is this Brayden Point goal on Khudobin. Looks like he should have gotten this in between his arm and body, but didn’t and it goes back out for an easy goal.
