I was coming here to say this. Lot of numbers saying how great he is. Still takes too many penalties but he's still really good.

I can see why you blame Coleman for the Isles goal but personally I wouldn’t. Coleman creates off the rush the way that he does based on plays like this and leaving the zone as he did. The way I see it, Coleman’s defensive assignment backed out of the zone quite possibly for this reason and Nelson’s (the goal scorer) defender Gourde made poor attempts to strip the puck which allowed him to walk right in and rip the puck high glove.

Ok, maybe meh is the wrong word. But let me put it this way, Killorn looks much more valuable, and that surprises me. And it's less a comment about Coleman than it is an indication of how damn good the Lightning are.

Coleman is really set for the next few years. He'll win the cup with Tampa against Dallas, finish out his contract and sign with Dallas.

So that’s 4 goals scored on goalies, 1 is stoppable. That’s 25% of the goals scored were stoppable. Combined save percentages were .935%.

Softy of the night is this Brock Nelson goal on Vasilevskiy. Dinged him on a stoppable goal because he turns the puck over to the opposition a little before the shot is even taken. Nailed him for the giveaway more than the actual shot.

Looks like a typical game 5 when one team is up 3-1. Dallas is cruising and Vegas is going 200%.

And will they drag it out like they do most years? Where they go 3 days between games 2 and 3 and 4 through 7 and it takes 15 days to play 7 (if necessary) games?

I’d say just get it over with, because it’s gonna be a short offseason for these two teams.

Really not a big surprise that Dallas is in the SCF if you consider they took the Blues to 2OT in Game 7 last year. I know it was only the second round, but they're pretty good. I wouldn't be surprised to see them win the Cup.

The Finals are shaping up to be a very good one (at least provided that Tampa takes care of business).

Tampa / Dallas I believe will not end until AT LEAST Game 6 (most likely Game 7).

I think it was pretty obvious Vegas ran out of gas. Canucks really ate them up. Thankfully they beat the Canucks though.
