That was a sneaky-crafty little play by 97.

Koskinen played just average enough that TM can start Talbot next game without any controversy.

I do not like Detroit's active boards.

    Solid win.

Maybe pump the brakes on Koskinen, though.

Man this team is going to be good when McDavid is back to 100%. Quiet/poor game from Draisaitl. Excellent game from Khaira and the fourth line. Much better game from Puljujarvi. Benning continues to look better. Strome still sucks.

Score flatters the Wings. Send JP to the minors for a long while.

To be fair, above average starter plus above average backup is good enough.

    Or should be, anyways.

Cant really make the wrong call next game for goaltending imo. As long as the other guy plays the day after.

3 ugly fluke goals against (ok, two weren't that ugly). Happy for the win!

    Onto Washington!

Koskinen had a decent game. He needs some improvement but bothino major.

It's that sexy birthday win baby

Brodziak shows up, Khaira exonerates himself, Kosko is decent, McDavid has a silent 2A game, Caggiula's the answer, Chia's son proves nepotism is the answer

    Wtf we're good now?

We keep winning, this is very enjoyable indeed. We look to be in good shape for that USA thanksgiving mark. Don't want to get to far ahead but playoffs again would be nice.

5 straight wins on the road.

Who was the poster that had a blacked out avy last season until the Oilers won 5 in a row? Not a conventional 5 game heater but to win 5 straight on the road is pretty damn good. Close enough.

You really think Talbot is an above average backup though? ;)

? They were praising our play the whole game. Said we were relentless and outplaying them by a large margin.

He was playing Talbot anyway. I have no problem with that.

Chiasson continues to deliver. What a signing that's turning out to be.

Glad Brodziak got his first two goals. Might spark more from him.
