When did NBC Sports Boston stop airing the final hour of Felger and Mazz? Work at home a couple days a week and noticed today.
Oh is that an every day thing now?

I assumed it was a one off last Thursday due to Patriots pre-game.

These simulcast situations are tough to figure out.

Just checked my guide and it shows 2-6 tomorrow.

What's weird is Early Edition came on after. It wasn't like they went right to a Celtics game.

Minihane said on his podcast last week that Dale's contract is up at the end of the year and he's hearing that WEEI won't bring him back. He also said that Dale has no pride and would take an 80% pay cut to stay at WEEI.

Dale has turned into such a corporate stooge it is ridiculous. His recent feigning innocence of the new seats at the Garden was embarrassing.

He's always been like that. When he worked for the B's doing play by play, he talked about them on the midday show all the time. When they replaced him with Jack because he didn't want to travel, he stopped talking about hockey altogether. Complete joke.

Didn't he lose his house after he got fired from weei the first time that must be a traumatic thing to go though. I don't like the way dale treated people like Jon Wallach when weei was on top of the world. But I wouldn't blame someone for being scared for their livelihood.

Dale did lose his home after WEEI downsized him as his primary objective was getting his kids through college.

The Bruins threw Dale a bone after Kathryn Tappen left NESN and gave him the studio show so @Donnie Shulzhoffer who can blame him for being a mouthpiece of management.

The best example of this is Ken Harrelson who most younger fans consider him to be nothing but a White Sox shill. Older fans remember Hawk as being an outspoken critic of Red Sox ownership and Jean Yawkey told TV38 if you don't fire him the TV contract will be moved to another outlet and Harrelson went to Chicago.

Ken continued to be outspoken and the White Sox wound up making him the GM in 1986

But Hawk decided to move Carlton Fisk to LF and then fired Tony LaRussa

1986 – The Greatest Moment In Ken Harrelson’s White Sox History

Hawk gets fired as GM and winds up doing Yankees TV and goes after Steinbrenner on the air :help:

Head in hand Harrelson begged for his White Sox TV job back and got it on the condition he never attacked management on the air.

Broadcasting is a cruel business - Look how Bob Lobel was dumped in 2008 and not even allowed a goodbye show.

and what is Mike Adams doing today?

It looks like our friend, Bob Murchison, joined Twitter and is trying to take down Kirk's podcast. Does this loser have anything better to do with his life?

Lobey, Lynchie and Friends with Hank Morse Podcast | Lobey, Lynchie and Hank talk about their background, dealing with Red Auerbach, Dwight Evans and Carlton Fisk, as well as toughest athletes to cover, how Red screamed at Lynchie and how Bob and Mike became competitors and friends! | Episode 1

In Episode 1, Bob Lobel, Mike Lynch and Hank Morse talk about how their media careers began in Boston, the players that were tough to cover, the relationships they've built and some of the toughest stories they've had encountered. Lobey talked about baseball hall of famer and close friend Carlton Fisk, who once helped Bob broadcast a New Hampshire high school football game. Lynchie details growing up in Swampscott, MA, and going to Harvard and how Fisk wouldn't give him the time of day! He talks about a hilarious encounter with Celtics legendary coach, Red Auerbach. Hank tells his story about being made fun of by a local tv sports department when he tried to give them some breaking sports news when he was an intern.
SHOW NOTES

Bob Lobel and Mike Lynch have seen and covered more sports than anyone in Boston history as the city's top TV sports anchors since the early 1980's. Hank Morse grew up watching both of them and has spent over 30 years in Boston radio. The three of them have seen it all, from Larry Bird's first Celtics championship in 1981, the Red Sox heartbreaking World Series loss to the NY Mets in 1986, the Patriots rise from doormat to the most admired NFL franchise and the Bruins run from Ray Bourque to Patrice Bergeron and their Stanley Cup championship in 2011.
