Is he over long covid? And is he willing to play for $1M or less?
I don't think he's fully over it. If he comes back to play, it's going to be a factor in his contract and he'll definitely be at a discount.

So, why do you think Chicago has decided not to re-sign him? Played his entire NHL life there, is 34 years old, had injuries, complaining he still has Covid. Why would Chicago or any team take a chance and use up a contract spot unless he says he is completely healthy?I don't think he's fully over it. The whole Kyle Beach thing really took the shine off Toews "leadership" reputation. I'd greatly prefer the Coyotes stay away from him, he's at best more trouble than he's worth at this point. We should sign Toews. Could be a great mentor to our young team.
Seems odd. What exactly could a 26 year old goalie with 30 NHL games demand? Unless Bill really is offering minimum?According to TSN it Sounds like AZ doesn’t like Ingram’s contract demands and with arbitration rights they may look to not qualify him if he can’t be dealt.
What did Vegmelka get?Seems odd. What exactly could a 26 year old goalie with 30 NHL games demand? Unless Bill really is offering minimum?
Danger pay, you don't need to give it to 2 though. In reality Vegmelka got a bigger contract than he earned because of the situation. I could see Ingram asking for $1.5 to $2 million prove it deal for a couple years. Bill should probably take that. What did Vegmelka get?

If's he's healthy.Chicago won't resign him because he's almost 35 and they're rebuilding. Someone else might sign him for veteran presence/leadership. Seems awfully simple to me.
That doesn't seem like a good take considering where Chychrun spent the last number of weeks? He probably shouldn't have signed the legacy deals last summerMaybe Hextall should have traded for Chychrun after all.
If he goes to Pitt maybe he doesn't get injured but regardless in Pitt's case Chychrun would've only needed to help them win 1 more game and Sid's playoff streak would've remained intact. That seems likely and that it would've been worth it but guess it doesn't matter now. Chycrhun has no playoffs to come back to and Pitt won't be there either. That doesn't seem like a good take considering where Chychrun spent the last number of weeks? 3-4 years. roughly $2-$3M perI maybe haven't seen this, but are there talks of extending Tourigny? How long do we think we give him in said extension?
