I pray to god we don't trade our first this year...or draft Mark Stuart again.

Already putting my money on Fredrik Forsberg or Jesper Lindgren

First list from Button out.

I take Button with a very small grain of salt, because he's usually way off the wall(and inaccurate)

but here is the link:

Notables: Strome at 5, Sprong at 9 both seem very high.
Paul Bittner at 29 seems very low.

Seattle will be a fun team to follow with 3 in the top 40.

USA Top Prospect game on NHLNetwork right now. Going to be a fun draft year in Boston as Eichel and Hanifin look awesome out there

Hanifin is the next Doughty.

But wow...this is the Eichel show.

Brad, Lou and Joe might just enjoy this

The 2012-2013 season saw McDavid begin his OHL career after being selected 1st overall in the Priority Selection. His rookie season saw him score 25 goals and add 41 assists for 66 points in 63 games. He was named the OHL’s Rookie of the Year and was named to the First All-Rookie Team.

The season also saw McDavid break onto the international stage for Canada. It was a disappointing 6th place finish for Team Ontario at the World U17 Hockey Challenge. He finished the tournament with 6 goals and 3 assists in 5 games.

He represented Canada at the World U18 Junior Championships and led his squad to a gold medal. He led the tournament in goals (8), assists (6) and points (14) in 7 games. He was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player as well as the tournament’s best forward.

Maybe Crosby said it best himself when he uttered these words: He reminds me of me.

Love the article Dom, can't watch the video though....not available on our side of the border I guess. Trying to keep McDavid a secret? Fine! We'll keep Eichel and Hanifin.

It's funny, from what I've seen on McDavid(limited), Crosby isn't the best comparison...McDavid's unlike any player I see in the NHL right now. While Crosby is so so strong on his skates, McDavid seems to have that but an extra gear in terms of speed and ability to change directions at such a quick pace. He's like Tavares with Duchene's skating ability and Crosby's willingness to make a play at all costs...and Savard's vision. I don't know, the kid is incredible. Absolutely incredible.

Sorry Brad, damn copyrights. I refuse to put advertising on it. Hope to have it fixed shortly

Keep your eye on Jesse Gabrielle from the Brandon Wheat Kings.

17 years old, 9 points in 7 games thus far, 6', but already over 200 pounds. And he can do this:

I think he'll rise to a late first, and I think this guy is born to be a Bruin.

Do I buy a 97 jersey or just wait for him to be traded 2 years later?

Overager watch:

Undrafted Tyson Baillie has 10 goals in his first 8 games.

Kelowna started the year with some seriously huge offensive numbers.
