Kings are like a cat you can't keep off the table. You can knock them off and send a message, but they are just going to raise their tail and saunter their stinky butt at you and you know they are going to be right back up there when you aren't at home.

Beating the Kings would be huge tonight. Just win at least one of the two, please. If we drop both and show that we still can't score on them, I think maybe Armstrong makes a move sooner than later.

Nice to see Lindbohm stay in the lineup. Don't want to get ahead of myself but he's on the verge of passing Cole. He plays with an edge that Cole only shows occasionally. I feel like Ian Cole will be trade bait within the next year.

Sure, I don't agree with every single action that Backes has ever made on the ice. But if we put both Captains on the Goon(ometer) seesaw - Brown's goonery would make Backes look like an choir boy

Agreed... Lindbohm has just played too well. He has a real calming presence out there. However I don't think we should trade Cole during the season, maybe the offseason but during the season I want Cole there as insurance in case of injury or rookie struggles with Lindbohm.
