Eh. Other than the massive ego and the occasional bad contract (which for the most part have been fewer and fewer lately - not a lot of Jason Hatchers anymore), I think Jones is ok. He’s annoying to see all the time and a lot of what he says doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but contrary to popular belief he does draft fairly well. Plenty of high picks have been criticized, only to come out really successful (Frederick, Jaylon Smith, Vander Esch to name a few).
