I believe $1.05 mil is the max amount that can be waived for full salary relief, so $1.075 could be a problem if they want to waive NAK. I’m not saying they should, but the EIHL isn’t playing this season, so there’s a lot of talent out there.

Other than that, it seems a perfectly easy contract to draw up. He will still have 1 year of RFA control, so if he keeps his play up (or even improves), it gives the team options for another deal. My my, how far we have come.
