Not true at all, if so more people would be suspended 2 games. That reaction is not common and should not be expected

But still keep trying to justify it! Looks good! Especially when Perry does that a million times a year. I'm sure if somebody suckered him you wouldn't whine about it at all

The funny thing is if you keep saying Perry has done this a million times or a billion or every night. If you really knew what kind of player Perry was you would know that more nights than not he doesn't do much at all. And I'm not talking just dirty and slimy moves because he does throw them (you're just severely outstating the frequency). Based on the drum you keep beating you just seem to be parroting an established and not entirely accurate narrative about Perry to...what? Imply that players can do whatever they want to him and his teammates should just let them?

Ritchie should have shown restraint. No question. Rozsival's unwillingness to defend himself is bizarre but Ritchie earned his games by virtue of attacking a man that didnt defend himself. However that doesn't suddenly mean the Ducks shouldn't stand up for their teammates. They just lost their top defenseman to a play they all felt was reckless if not intentional. Perry may not be the player he once was this season but he's still a team leader. After what happened to Fowler, the Ducks are not gonna be a team to be ****ed with. Perry's history doesn't absolve a need for the team to stand up for each other and not get pushed around.
