Gawd I hope EA doesnt role with these. Filppula 87? Mr. 8 point extraordinaire Salomaki at 84? Armia at 85 with 29 points? Ristolainen at 88 when his non existent defense negates all the offense he contributes? Rinne at 93 who was letting in beach balls at every away game? Yikes, yikes, yikes!!!!

Ratings reveals usually don’t excite me much as I always edit them to my liking anyways when the game comes out. I’m thinking these will be the top 20 players for each position in this year’s game for me. I prefer to have more 90 overall players than EA as there is a logjam of players especially at forward that could be considered elite to me and there is not much of a noticeable difference between them.

According to EA Gaudreau is a better skater than MacKinnon. Higher agility and acceleration, same speed.

Like I love Johnny Hockey but this is ridiculous.

Ratings are all fairly terrible, everyone has the same shooting stats; 89-91 accuracy for both shots and 87-89 shot power for both shots. Like come on, Gaudreau has a 90 overall slapshot? LOL

We only essentially know 88+ players. Toews was the 50th ranked player at 87.

There's some players releasing their overalls on Twitter, but most of them are 82 or below guys

Ya I'm pretty satisfied with Tavares at 90 and Matthews at 89. Seems accurate, in the future upcoming games I feel Matthews will be 90-91.

Why? He played behind the worst D. His talent at 30 years of age for a goalie is still extremely high. One season I guess makes or breaks a player according to some eh.
