I have no doubt that lives could be saved every year if this were done every flu season. This isolationism stoked by fear is going to create a major recession if not depression and we can only guess how many lives worldwide this is going to affect to the point that they'll take decades to recover. It takes 4 hrs to get the test result ；Taiwan says they have a 15 mins kit but it is not tested by FDA / CDC yet
