It has been a solid solid draft. I would have liked to swing for the fences a bit more. Our only home run swing was Maltsev.

Our first round pick of McLeod was unfairly criticized by some Devils fans -- he will be a very good player, and the high-end offensive guys were off the board. Also pretty much got Bennett for moving down one spot.

I will be happier if the Devils can snag a Sokolov or Quenneville.
