As much as I love the moves NYR made, I would loved to grab Lafreniere. I think we'll fall back into a meh pick range, unless we luck out with the lottery, or one of our players gets traded and that team bombs.

Same. i expect a finish in the 8-12 range, unless we get more lotto luck. But at that range, with the supposed depth of this class, i expdect a player taken in that range in 2020 is like getting a 5-ish pick in other draft years. I'd be quite happy getting an Turcotte/Cozens level player next draft.

Yeah this is a another year where if you get 2 you are not upset at all. Byfield on the Rangers would pretty much complete our rebuild
