I don't think anyone is sticking it to Vegas. Eveyone's roster is set.

Nobody is moving picks (I'm assuming that's what they would want?) at this stage of the season.

Vegas plays back to back games I'm sure they'll be rotating D. Theodore and Shipachyov are not in the lineup either. Obviously just juggling. Interesting scenario they've created over there. They should have callers once injuries around the league begin.

Well he's not in the lineup tonight - he was optioned out cause they needed to hoard nine defensemen on the active roster. It's mind-boggling roster management. Just cut Stoner, Sbisa, Merrill already and be done with it. Vegas should be watching the players who are part of their future now.

McPhee kind of sucks. Remember before the Caps even let him go, Bob McKenzie (or some insider that was actually reputable) said we were gonna hire him to assist Lou and eventually take over for him after a couple years? Glad that was wrong.

Alzner is really, really bad.

Bergevin really f***ed up on that one. Should have brought back Markov for 2 more years. He would have cost more, but he's much better. Alzner is a complete liability. He's really the epitome of the term ''Liability in his own end''. I'm not sure what he's like in the other team's end, I don't think anyone really knows, considering he very rarely ventures into it. Too much money and term for a guy that brings hardly any offense and that's office is in the D-zone. Well, he does bring plenty of offense sometimes, it's usually just for the other team. He's like a Girardi-lite. Of course, he isn't as bad as Girardi, but who the hell is?

Montreal looks like the 14-15 Devils. Their forwards are slow and uncreative and their D can't make a pass. Getting cycled to death in their own zone.

NHL.com says they have 29 shots on goal but I don't believe it.

I don't think they've been that good either. Not sure how either of these teams can see themselves as a contender.
