There are some tweaks to it, and also some VERY IMPORTANT rules. I will not explain these rules but we're all adults here--so I expect you to read them.

There won't be excuses that you didn't know the rules when it comes up later in the game.

Commish's Announcement:​

The Salary Cap ceiling for this year will be 79.5 million.

The Salary Cap floor for this year will be 64.5 million.

Also, the draft board is now up. The first round is the only round where you will be required to PM the GM after you. I don't want to use time slots in the first round because it's a big deal if your first pick gets skipped. Every other round after 1 will be on 1 hour time slots.

You also may begin trading if you please.

Lastly, here is the point system we will use. It's similar to Joey Moss' but with a couple of tweaks.

Correct.

The prospect draft will be using the same players that were in the June Entry Draft (like Larsson, RNH, etc.

As long as the prospect in your organization hasn't played an NHL game then he's still your property.
