Why can I only sign in whilst in Incognito Mode?

To login on Chrome, go to home page:

hfboards.mandatory.com

Then login from there.

Im on safari on iPhone, in settings I have cranked it up to extra large font and I like it better. I don’t know why, Im not old or anything

There's a toggle width function at the bottom; that's made things much more readable.

Don't like a lot of the changes right now (quotes also feel unreadable - why is the text yellow????) but I'm sure it will be fine with a short period of adjustment.

Is it possible for an individual poster (me) to opt out of a "live" thread? I could do that on the old board but can't figure it out on the new one.

PS. A big thanks to the admins for responding and helping us through all the changes. Most appreciated.

I just noticed in dark mode, it's quite hard to read the names involved in "conversation" threads, as they are light text on a light background.

Not sure I like it. I'm use to clicking the HF Canuck tab up on the toppish right that brings me back to the main page.

I also get this annoying security error sometimes when I try and log in.

I get that security error when logging in from this page.

Logging from the home page clears it.

My biggest issue is the forum still hides threads if they are started by someone on my ignore list.

Minor issue: dark mode shouldn't use red text on a dark background (author's name in a quote). The blue shade that is used for the list of "likes" at the bottom of a message is pretty good so why not re-use it instead of the red?

Im not liking the new changes.

Main thing is, I find it harder to navigate on my iphone. Its not nearly as user friendly as the previous version. Not as many issues on my laptop tho. Maybe im old and resistant to change tho. lol

Still 2 decades dated and clunky. Make an app for f*** sakes. They have apps for literally everything ….

This might fix it, go to:

Preferences > Ignoring > Remove ignored content > uncheck box
