Of course his camp is going to deny it but privately they're complaining. We're probably seeing the tip of the iceberg publicly.
My guess is the locker room had been split between Beal and Wall due to their feud and Beal has decided the deck is stacked against him. Gortat would've been considered pro-Beal or at least anti-Wall, and shipping him out was a message to the Bealies that Wall was mgmt's guy in the end. So now they have an increasingly disgruntled, dysfunctional locker room because Wall is entrenched as the face of the team and the coach has no control over anyone, least of all Wall.
Seems like a mess similar to the Arenas era. Ted probably doesn't want to fire the coach, the GM, or his star player since he tends to hold onto that core group for as long as possible. If he's not willing to blow it up then he's got to start moving guys out who clash with Wall and ride that train to the end. Otherwise, clean house.
