If moving Muzzin need a top six quality forward coming back. If we were going rebuild or youth though I'd entertain #13 + Dano + 2018 1st or Lowry & 2nd '18

We need a top line winger for Kopitar. However a 2nd line center would work as well as we could move carter up with Kopitar. This player needs to be on a elc contract. We need to save as much cap space as possible to resign Pearson and Toffoli. This would be the kings primary need. More bottom 6 vet center would be a secondary need Has to be cheap and better then dowd WE need more scoring from our bottom six

Trading Lowry would suck, love him but for 3 yrs of Muzzin I would trade Lowry & 2nd Rd pick (your second option).

Just jet fans have a reference points there was a deal agreed between king fans and dallas fans of 3oa reilly turfte and Philippe Desrosiers for Muzzin and Bishops ufa rights. It would have to be something along those lines.

None of these offered packages would get him. LA isn't rebuilding. You want a 2/3 defenceman who's on the good side of 30 on a value contract? Start with Ehlers or Connor.

After the expansion draft, Muzzin is no longer for trade except for overpayment. The whole point of trading Muzzin or Martinez is to prevent the Kings from losing a NHL defenseman in that draft.

I would assume the kings would work out a deal for them to take dowd or mcnabb Letting us keep Forbort ( i think that is who your worried about) Then we trade muzzin for a package that will give us some cap room to resign pearson toffoli etc

LOL...as a Ducks and ex-Kings fan I would LOVE to see the Kings ice a defense of Martinez, Forbort, Gravel, Fantenberg, and Ladue along with Doughty. Unfortunately, the LA brass knows that such a defense would not be playoff caliber.
