We waive weal and use Evans as our 4c we can fit this contract in I believe with like 10k in cap space left.

If my math is of slightly we'll pay someone to take weal. Waived he is only 300k against the cap. Shouldnt cost too much to dump.

He is a two-way winger with good foot speed and he can definitely penalty kill.
