Really?

I'll give you right now that would be close to our rankings but over the whole season? Come on.

Rangers

Scoring - 5/5
Defense - 4/5
Goaltending - 4.5/5
Determination - 5/5
Coaching - 4/5

23/25

I feel like this is not very realistic.

Where are the "intangibles"?!!

Canucks have zero intangibles. Sadly.

Are you grading the Rangers on a game they played the best of their lives and the team they played against were injured and on a long trip or something?

Your grade doesn't coincide with their current standings

The Rangers have iced their healthy lineup like 4 times all year, including missing their 1C and 1D for a long portion of the season, and Lundqvist had a horrid October. They've turned the corner. Two months from now, the Rangers will be contending in the division.

The Rangers have bombed every Ooctober and November since like the 90's, and still usually end up with around 95 and go to at least the 2nd round of the playoffs. I don't how the slow start manages to fool people every year.

So far based off this years level of play its the Blackhawks without question.

2nd in GA
5th in GF(after a long scoring drought to start the season)
3rd in 5v5 F/A
1st in SV%
1st in PK%
1st in CF60
1st in CF%
5th in FO%
1st in OZFO%

Only thing u can complain about really is the PP, which has been average to below average. Overall they have the fewest weaknesses of any team.

Ummmm....what? So does that make the Kings 25/25 seeing as they beat the Rangers in the final?

2 Cups in 3 years, why would the Kings not be 25/25?

The Rangers are not as good as the Kings or the Hawks, but I'd argue the Rangers are the most complete team in their conference.

Who said anything about past success? The Kings won the Cup a few months ago with pretty much the same roster.

You what what, sometimes I forge this site has a 10-day memory. My bad.

"2 cups in 3 years".... you did

The Kings aren't 25/25 even if they did win a cup months ago.

Rangers aren't 23/25 because they made it to the finals months ago

you know what I remember? you flipping out and losing all faith in the Rangers after the first or second loss to the Sens in 2012. I would be embarrassed if i reacted like that TBH

And they had mostly the same players 3 years ago too, which is a testament to their management.

That's my opinion. Make your own grades.

Yeah because a comment I made two and a half years ago right after a heartbreaking loss is totally indicative of my faith in the Rangers.

Most of the comments in here are people sarcastically ripping on their own team, which I get, I've been there, but I don't have to do that.

I have confidence in my team right now, and I won't apologize for that. If you don't believe in your own team, nobody is going to do it for you.
