I just watch the pick next to jack smith. He belongs to NY rangers. They claimed dylan Garand. 6 ft 1 keeper. . Draft year stats : 2,21 gaa. .921 pct. 28-10-3. Played team canada last wjc.
And Jack Smith was really better than him?

he's been injured for months. I don't think it was a stupid pick at all though, maybe they didn't do their homework on the injury he had in his draft year cause he's been injured a lot and that's troubling for a 17-19 year old to have so many injuries.

Just with Kaiden Guhle, Habs made a pretty good draft.

Add, Farrell, Mysak, Tuch, Biondi and Dobes...

Based on potential it's a A+ draft

I thought we could have done better. No way I take Tuch over Niederbach. Also I would have kept extra 2nd and took either Cormier, Pashn, or Poirier. Probably Pashin, I thought he was outstanding in Hlinka/Gretzky. I still would have taken Farrell in 4th round. Ryan Francis likely in the 5th round. Looked good in TPG. Seeley probably in 6th round. those playmaking left d with decent size usually fit in. Seeley had strong plus/ minus for 17 year old.Stood out to me
