On any other NHL team (i.e. not on Crosby's line) he's a great 3rd liner / decent 2nd liner. I'd definitely take him at the right term/price which to me is 3 yrs X 3.25M. Will fetch much more than that due to stats being inflated by Crosby.

Guy works hard. Not everyone can play with crosby and malkin, sorry. You have to be able to have the offensive insticts and foot speed to keep up with them.

Im not oppsed to having french canadians on the team. We have 2 and 1 is our 5-6th d-man and the other is being run out of town.
