Thats why I think they should let them go, they aren't worth the hassel. Even if they stay and get a push, once that stops they will be right back at square one. Its not a good relationship between the 2 parties.
Same with Sasha, just let her go.
Neither of them are Austin/Rock type stars. WWE has like 800 wrestlers under contract between all the brands, if wrestlers are unhappy there are plenty waiting to take their place.
To say they’re not worth the trouble is to not have a full grasp the landscape of pro wrestling right now.
They don’t have to be Rock/Austin level for them to make an impact in AEW to get them off the ground especially since they’re not going to be getting 8 million people watching Vince doesn’t want them making better use of the talent and doesn’t want the presumption out there that people don’t want to be in WWE. Revival, Sasha, Luke Harper are just the people we know about, and there is definitely more. If Vince didn’t feel threatened by AEW much less New Japan then he probably would just let them go. On the other hand, they probably would be less inclined to leave.
