Kracks might take a goalie or Holl. Goalie depth is strengthened to take the blow and prospects are ready to replace holl if taken. Lots of cap room to sign Hyman and Oleksiak after the expansion draft.
I kind of liked having two of the best young goal scorers in the league last five years in Matthews and Laine.

Foligno,Jenner,Ristolainen,Kahkonen,Khudobin,Laine all signed beyond this year and i thought every position strengthened.
Campbell/ Khudobin tandem next year is solid. Then a nice 7-3-1 protection list for expansion.( Campbell protected) Lose one of Holl or Khudobin but also gain cap space and keep a good signed player either way

Leafs are better defensively and better structured for salary cap.
Thats not a soft playoff team like last years for my thinking. It was my baby to have some fun with and i did. Leaf fans that don’t like it can eat my socks ha. I didn’t do it for them. Cheers. Hope you guys get rolling solid again next year.
