I would say yes. I don't think withdrawing offers is in the spirit of the game as is.

That's fair and I don't disagree. Was just looking at scenarios where that could be a wrinkle for teams with non-finalized bids.

Wouldn't be an issue if these Diva free agents would sign faster

I agree with you though for about half of these UFAs, a significantly higher AAV over a shorter term would be preferred over a lengthy deal at a lesser AAV.
