He now will no longer be in line to pitch the WC game unless the Mets entirely skip him until his next scheduled start on 9/30. They may be able to do this if they sweep this weekend and Chicago beats St. Louis, otherwise he likely needs to be brought back Mon/Tue vs Miami.

Anyone but the Dodgers. If not the Giants I might be rooting for the Indians. Then if they win the world series they can play Wild Thing or something and have Charlie Sheen throw out the first pitch. That probably won't happen. They probably will have someone like LeBron James do it.
