Malinski was bad tonight, IMO might have played his way out of 7th dman conversation level bad.

He'll really have to show out moving forward to have a shot.

Kiviranta had a strong game. Won't be mad if they give a league minimum deal. Can easily sub in on 4th line.

Tufte brings intriging reach and hands around the net. Malinski sucked ass today, he needs to be much better going forward. Bowldy had a few nice plays. Holm didn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling. PK was not it. Colton-Wood-Tatar was good. Our other AHL/PTO didn't really standout.

He definitely does. I think he gets a contact unless he shits the bed in the rest of the preseason.

3rd line guys looked like NHLers among AHLers, so pretty good. A bit sloppy, but thats to be expected.

Malinski was noticeably bad. I was hoping he show out against a weaker lineup, but he was noticable in a bad way.

Lots of just poor decisions, and 3 penalties including a double minor.

IMO they should be 7 and 8. We should assume that #7 will play at least 60 games this year. #8 should play between 10 and 30.
