Who would you rather have as your right handed center on the Canucks?

Mike Santorelli - 6'190 lbs, Right,
    $550K cap hit
(27 years old) 6th round draft pick:
    8 points in 13 games, +3, 62% face-off, 2 GWG

    Cody Hodgson- 6' 185lbs, Right
    $4.2 million cap hit
(23 years old) 1st round draft pick:
    8 points in 12 games, -6, 42% face-off, 0 GWG

I think it's safe to say Gillis has effectively replaced Hodgson's role on this team.

Hodgson has never showed the skating or defence in his entire career that Santorelli has displayed.

Hodgson...but if Santorelli continues, well, that's a different story. Stranger things have happened.

    Hodgson.

Alot better offensively, better point producer, though Santo is better everywhere else.

I am going with the cap hit and saying who are we going to take off our roster for Cody? How are we magically making booths cap hit disappear?

    So by default Santo.

I don't think this is a fair question, why would you have to have one or the other? Is there a limit on right handed centers, is that like having a checking specialist or a power play quarterback now?

That said, Santo's playing fantastic and for the money is a screaming deal.

**** Hodgson. I'd rather have Cam Neely back in his prime right now. Imagine the Sedins with Neely on the right side.:amazed:
