This is how I feel as well. It's perfect for Letang, and we could see some crazy numbers for Sid if we get him a winger as well.

I don't think an AHL coach was the answer. I certainly don't think a Jr A coach is the answer. Mike Johnston? Coaching Sid& Geno? Good luck.

Seems like a solid hire. Plenty of assistant experience from NHL, international experience, and succesfully ran Portland for several years. The coaching style from what I've read should fit this team and be improvement over Bylsma's system. I like the signing. Now lets see how he does behind the bench next season but in the mean time, welcome to Pittsburgh Penguins!
