Why?

This Panther's organization must be very messed up if it is shopping a 20+ goal scorer 6 months after acquiring him knowing that one of their big problems in the last 5 or 6 years has been scoring goals. They are actually 11th in the league in terms of goals for so getting rid of one of their top goal scorers makes 0 sense unless they are getting a better one back.

11th in the league this year at just over 3 goals a game. In previous years they often were under 2.5 goals a game.

Unless it’s part of a deal to get both Panarin and Bob, and I still don’t wanna do it since we can pursue them in the summer without giving up Hoff...he’s not going anywhere.

This was speculation, nothing short of that.

I would love Hoffman... but the Oilers have enough of a **** show on the ice... do you want more of it amongst wives in the dressing room ?

Ohhhhhh. So that's the Oilers problem. Y'all been giving the wives their own stalls too?

Need RD, what ya got?

Probably no one you really base a deal on that is available. Basically, the oft discussed Honka, or a high risk but much better player in Steven Johns, who hasn't played all year for headaches. A couple of AHL guys who project to bottom pair like Honka, while Johns has the tools to be second pair. If healthy, Johns could be a centerpiece, but Hoffman alone would command even more. I don't see both Brassard and Hoffman coming to Stars.

This is a Friedman lob....
Throw something in the air and let everyone play with it.
Don’t hold your breath on this.

Personally, if it’s not Bob Mckenzie, it’s not credible.
