Hockey Play

After a thorough review we can find no basis to impose supplemental discipline. This was a hockey play. In reviewing this play, we also took into consideration that it's the playoffs. We did think about it though. We were very close. Like really close.

The wheel was wrong this time. Although, if one looks at it from the OPS point of view, this is actually like a two game ban, since playoff games are more important than regular season games. So, hopefully, Bellemare dresses in game 5, and drops some sucker like he did to Farnham.

Bellemare is our 2nd best defensive forward after Couturier. He's also better at faceoffs than Raffl.
PEB hasn't been the problem.

Laughton can take Bellemare's spots at ES and the PK. It's 12 minutes of one game.

I'm not sure a 5 minute major, game misconduct, and an additional one game suspension is what separates the PEB hit on Orlov from the Wilson hit on MacDonald. Whatever though.

I would rather he focus on trying to play hockey on what is likely and hopefully his last game as a Flyer. No need to go into clown antics.

Yep nothing changes in regards to refs and orange. We could ice a team of figure skaters and it wouldn't change. Been watching since 1980 and it's always the same. This year is more painful though, they were one of the least penalized teams in the 2nd half of the season and all of a sudden Playoffs start and they're calling penalties like the Flyers are the bullies again.
