I seem to recall an interview with Murray where he said Nolan would have control over call ups? Maybe I'm mistaken though?

What I posted in the roster speculation thread.
I would add Murray made it abundantly clear who is in charge of personel decisions. Murray's response (in an interview) after he was asked what type of role does Nolan have in personnel decisions. 'I know the type of players Teddy likes but he has no say in personnel matters'.
You may be thinking of last year when Nolan did have a say with Patty L.
