well if we want to play that game then Joe Pavelski imo is the most underrated sniper in the game.

31 in 82, 41 in 82 and currently at 27 in 51

Something isn't the same .Can you pick it out.

Pacioretty is definitely after the 1st and 2nd tiers of players.

The listed 2nd tier.last 3 season and counting this one
Kessel: 37,20,37,20=114
Nash: 30,21,26,31=108
Perry 37,15,43,19=114

and
Patches-33,15,39,23=111

Ya Patches is definitely after the 2nd tier.

Meh, I don't even bother replying to that dude, he's been on a Habs hating warpath since he registered.

I think Pacioretty belongs in that second tier. OV and Stamkos are pretty much generational talents. So to answer the OP, yes he's underrated but I don't think he will be for long. He might even start getting Selke consideration if he keeps up that 2 way game.

Until the playoffs come around and he starts sucking. Price is ****ing great. Subban is a treat to watch. Pacioretty? Nope. He's been hot for the last 10 or so games but overall he's not that good.

Pacioretty has been in one playoffs where he was healthy, and it was last year. His first playoffs were two seasons ago vs the Sens and still missed a game due to injury IIRC. Max will be okay. Still streaky in his goal scoring ability but he brings more to the table than just goals.

As much as I hate Therrien, he deserves some credit for turning MaxPac into a more complete player.

Therrien deserves credit for coaching a .750% win team since he took over... The hate he gets is completely ridiculous IMO. He's not perfect, but you cant argue with results.

Yea people saying he sucks in the playoffs are being a bit ridiculous, give him a chance with a center other than DD in this year's playoffs and we'll see how he does.
